May contain: sign, symbol, and road sign

Mt. View Sanitary District’s property starts at the entrance to Service Road, to the plant, and includes Moorhen Marsh and a portion of McNabney Marsh. These areas are private property. Signs are placed throughout the District’s property indicating areas of no parking, no pedestrians, and no public access. Unauthorized vehicles parked in these areas will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

At no time should pedestrians enter the Treatment Plant or Moorhen Marsh without permission. Those wishing to tour the facility or visit Moorhen Marsh may contact the Public Outreach Coordinator at rmitchell@mvsd.org to make an appointment. All visitors to the Administration Office, Treatment Plant, and Moorhen Marsh must check in at the Administration Office.

Access to McNabney Marsh via Service Road and the observation platform is available without an appointment Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 4:30 pm, Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, and the first Saturday of every month, 7 am to 4:30 pm. No access is available on weekends and holidays.
