Stay Out of the FOG this Holiday Season
The holiday season is almost here and with that comes delicious meals with all the fixings. The one thing you don’t want is to be fixing is a sewer blockage caused by fats, oils, and grease (FOG) that were not properly disposed of and placed down your drain. FOG isn’t just in meat drippings and cooking oil. It hides in creamy sauces and gravies too. Keep your sewer lateral clear by canning FOG, scraping any excess, and placing it in the trash. Food scraps/organic waste can be placed in the green cart.
